Dedicated to the memory of Derrick, much loved husband to Elaine, dad to Adrian and Allison, grandad to Patrick, Joseph, Taylor and Freya.
The family would like to invite you all to celebrate Derrick's life during the funeral service on the 10th October at 2pm, at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton. Please feel free to dress comfortably.
